Nothing empowering ever comes from being pitied. Society may have validated many things but that doesn't mean all them things are good for you.

Just because a problem or a situation has been made normal does not mean that it stops being a problem. I say that. You say this. So many people are dancing in life these days, not working on themselves, but reading, claiming, and wanting their issues to be normalized. Okay? A certain behavior or a certain attitude being normalized only means that society validates that behavior. That does not mean that it's good for you. And let me tell you this. There is no such thing as growing from a place of pity. If you inspire pity, if you want people to always feel compassionate towards you, that's not going to make you grow. That's not going to empower you. You know why? Because that's not good for you. The purpose of us going through what we go through most of the time is to grow, okay? To grow muscles spiritually, physically or mentally. At the end of the day, it's all about growing muscles. But society has enabled people these days who just walk around with their insecurities, with their weaknesses, and expecting everyone else to find that no and no. Can we bring back the days of people working on themselves and growing thick skin? Can we bring back the days of people actually trying and wanting to grow rather than this generation of people who expect to be pitted at every street corners? It doesn't work that way. Get your shit together.
